2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare. When you visit the site, Cloudflare briefly processes technically necessary data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser used) to deliver the content and protect against attacks, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, functioning operation of the website). No log files are evaluated for marketing or profiling purposes.

3. No analytics or tracking tools

This website does not use analytics or tracking tools such as Google Analytics and does not set marketing or statistics cookies.

4. Contact form

The contact form on this website is technically provided by Tally (Tally Labs Inc.) and displayed as an embedded form (iframe). When you load the contact page and use the form, data is transmitted to Tally's servers. The data you enter in the form (e.g. name, email address, enquiry, message) is stored by Tally and forwarded to us by email to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Tally states that it stores form data in the EU and complies with the GDPR; further information can be found in Tally's privacy policy at tally.so/privacy-policy.

5. Direct contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, message) is stored and processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry, based on Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

6. Embedded content (video, PDF downloads)

Videos and PDF documents on this website are delivered directly from our own Cloudflare storage or via Cloudflare. No third-party platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo are embedded.
